Refund policy

In the event that the customer chooses to return the purchased product and receive a credit for it – we are unable to do so. The devices are non-refundable. A buyer can only return a product provided he has not opened and used the product. Within a time frame of up to 14 days from purchase of the product / physical receipt of the product into his hands. The customer must notify by email of his intention to return the product, within the above time frame and under the conditions stated above.
